Onboarding & Adaptation Process

The first days after the job commencement are the most crucial for the successful integration of a new member into the team and their quick adaptation to the new role and responsibulities.
At the same time, this area is very often underestimated and not addressed by a systematic process with the possibility to verify the success of the process on an ongoing basis.

In order to get you a fully-fledged team member in the shortest possible time, we will prepare an easy-to-follow overview of the individual steps of the adaptation process from the acceptance of the offer, through the onboarding on the first day and up to the end of the probationary period.

Assessment and Development Centres

An assessment centre is a great way of selecting employees, especially when you desire to compare multiple candidates in a short space of time and test their stress resistance, teamwork, presentation skills and other skills.

It is a group selection process taking approximately 6 to 8 hours. We will prepare the entire Assessment Centre, enabling youto observe through various tasks the demonstration of candidates’ skills that are crucial for the future position.
The termination of an employment, for example due to restructuring, can be a major life change that for an employee is not easy to cope with.

Outplacement

The Outplacement service includes a number of steps through which we can provide support to your employees, and help them to get through this situation without stress.
Over the course of three one-on-one meetings with each employee, we will review their current options, concerns and also their goals. We will prepare a professional resume including a photo and a self-presentation/cover letter, and prepare them for the selection process.
